IT TechPros Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions
IT TechPros (“IT TechPros,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers eligible customers the opportunity to participate in its Customer Referral Program (the “Program”) and receive referral rewards, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible to participate in the Program if:
- You are an active IT TechPros customer receiving managed IT services or related offerings; and
- Your organization is a business (not a residential customer); and
- Your organization is not a public sector or government entity; and
- Your account is in good standing, as determined by IT TechPros in its sole discretion.
An account may not be considered in good standing if, for example, payments are overdue, services are suspended, or the customer is not in compliance with applicable service agreements.
Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations governing incentive-based referral programs.
2. Agreement to Terms
By participating in the Program, you agree that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; and
- You will comply with any internal policies your organization may have regarding participation in referral or incentive programs.
3. Referral Requirements
To submit a referral, you must complete and submit the official IT TechPros referral form with accurate information regarding both yourself and the referred business (the “Referral”).
IT TechPros may only accept Referrals that meet the following criteria:
- The referred business is located in the United States;
- The referred business is reasonably believed to be a potential fit for managed IT services, cybersecurity services, cloud solutions, or related IT support; and
- The referred business has not previously engaged with IT TechPros or been referred through another source.
IT TechPros reserves the right to accept or reject any Referral at its sole discretion for any reason.
A Referral will be considered eligible only if:
- IT TechPros accepts the Referral;
- The referred business enters into a service agreement within six (6) months of acceptance; and
- The referred business remains active and in good standing for at least the first three (3) months of service.
4. Referral Reward
Eligible Referrals may qualify for the following Referral Rewards, subject to verification and completion of all requirements set forth in these Terms.
4.1 Consultation Reward
Where a referred business completes an initial consultation with IT TechPros, both the referring customer and the referred business will each receive a $20 USD Amazon gift card (the “Consultation Reward”).
Consultation Rewards are issued only after completion of the consultation and verification by IT TechPros.
Consultation Rewards will be issued on the 5th day of the month following the month in which the qualifying consultation occurs.
Example: If a consultation occurs on May 17, the Consultation Rewards will be issued on June 5.
4.2 Client Conversion Reward
Where a Referral results in a new client relationship, the referring customer will be eligible to receive an additional Referral Reward based on the value of the resulting service agreement.
The total Client Conversion Reward may be up to $500 USD per qualifying Referral.
To qualify, the referred business must:
- Enter into a service agreement with IT TechPros within six (6) months of Referral acceptance; and
- Remain active and in good standing for at least three (3) months following service activation.
Client Conversion Rewards are issued only after all eligibility conditions have been met and verified by IT TechPros.
4.3 Payment Terms
Referral Rewards may be issued as monetary payments (e.g., ACH transfer or equivalent method), at the sole discretion of IT TechPros.
Where applicable, recipients may be required to complete vendor onboarding documentation and provide tax-related forms (including IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons).
All Referral Rewards will be issued within thirty (30) days following the month in which all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
5. Program Modifications
IT TechPros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Updates will be reflected in the published Terms. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
6. Revocation of Participation
IT TechPros may revoke participation privileges at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms.
Revocation may result in forfeiture of pending or unpaid Referral Rewards. IT TechPros reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
8. Release and Waiver
By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless IT TechPros, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Program or receipt of Referral Rewards.
IT TechPros is not responsible for technical errors, administrative issues, or unauthorized participation.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with IT TechPros’ Privacy Policy and used solely for administration of the Program and related business operations.
10. Conflicts
These Terms do not override any existing service agreement between you and IT TechPros. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement shall control.
11. General
These Terms are the full and final agreement for the Program and replace any prior discussions or representations.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
If IT TechPros does not enforce a provision at any time, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce it in the future.
These Terms apply only to IT TechPros and participating customers. No third party has any rights to enforce or rely on these Terms.
